Extra Ike

I've asked a question similar to this one, but I'm also asking for a friend of mine. I have an extra Ike who is Res+/Spd-, but I already have one of the same IV spread. Should I merge them or fodder off Heavy Blade to someone, and if I fodder him who is the best candidate?

My friend has an HP+/Def- Ike, but she has an Atk+/HP- which seems to be the better option. Her question is the same as mine, so thanks for helping us out.
