Experimental Soleil Build
Hey, I’m looking for some thoughts on this build. It just seems pretty neat in concept. I’m thinking of maybe building it and using her for Arena Defense, though she’s on my Offense squad currently.
My Soleil is at +2 right now, soon to be +3, so we wouldn’t be super merged quite instantly.
I already gave her Galeforce, Brave Sword+, and the dual Rally a while ago. I have a -Atk Mia who could give Flashing Blade, although she is pretty solid for AA despite the bane. Plenty of spareness Fallen Tako for Speed Smoke.
Edit: She’d be on a team with her Infantry Pulse teammate, so the Smoke skill is to try and let her take out a vulnerable enemy with the Galeforce proc. She guaranteess a Galeforce proc as long as she hits higher than them with Phantom Speed.

Just edited in to explain my logic; totally forgot a bit more background info. Since I’m running her with Infantry Pulse, Galeforce has a guaranteed proc on anything Soleil outspends, or outdoes with Phantom Speed. Including things like Wary Fighter Armors, and Great Flame Myrrh (though the latter will be able to counterattack so gotta be careful).
So I was thinking Speed Smoke would be useful to help make sure she outspeeds other enemies for Windsweep to trigger when she goes after a second enemy, thanks to Galeforce. It’d be Def Smoke if that was actually feasible fodder for me.

She has the bulk and the speed to Quad, I think she could do more with Desperation or even Sword Breaker since that's the group that maxes out the speed stat.
I know after experimenting with Alm, windsweep was more of a hindrance than a boon (Especially against the Dragons), Bow Hinoka loves it though.

Very interesting build!
I was thinking that 53 atk at +10 might not be enough and 44 spd might be just a hair short against some opponents so I might do it with +spd IV instead, just try to guarantee the galeforce and hit them again if necessary.
I do think this build screws you over against steady breath dragons though. You definitely won't hit through in two strikes, atk boon or not, and you're hitting twice despite windsweep so you're getting an aether or, worse, an ignis.
