Exchange Manuals
In the picture of the menu that they provided for us, there is an option for exchanging manuals. Looks like we'll be able to trade SI / merge fodder now? Still won't be able to trade IVs, but I'm fine without it. (Probably more than a few around here who aren't though)

Please pay attention. Those of you who just threw a quick thumbs-up, too, please pay attention.
This image comes directly from the update notification. The first button is clearly the one used to convert units into manuals. The second button is the one I'm talking about.
Did you not miss my point entirely?

But part of the sacred seal system is that you only get to use each seal on one unit at a time. What they need to do is fix the horrifying glitch that vanishes inherited skills so that we can use this "switch skillsets" feature that they implemented less than a month ago. That was supposed to reduce the annoyance from having to flip seals around so much.

I'm suggesting that they change the sacred seal system. If you can already equip any one seal to any hero, wouldn't it be easier to be able to equip that seal to all the heroes you want to use it on rather than switching between every time?
Skill Sets does address this a little bit, but IMO it asks too much of the user to go into each unit and create a skill set plus check which skill set is active before every battle. If I only ever use one skill set this is way more time-consuming than a set-it-and-forget-it solution like the one I'm suggesting.

I don't think that it'll be for trading manuals to other players. But maybe a skill shop of sorts? For example, you exchange a Catria manual for points or it has a default value in regards to what is offered in the shop, possibly Manuals for the Askr trio, TT and GHB, possibly even the Hero Battle units like Wrys or Cecilia. Things like Hero Feathers, Sacred Coins and Refining Stones could be available too.

Y'all are dreamin'. They will never add trading to this game. The manuals are a way to free up barracks space. When you send units home, you free up space and store them as feathers. Now we will be able to effectively send them home to free up space, but instead store them as skills to be foddered off later. We'll see what exactly the "exchange" does.
This is a welcome change and now I'll have somewhere to go with the 22 x 3* Hinatas taking up my barracks space.

It's possible that manuals such as Hinata at 3* won't be able to be upgraded to 4* (to get Fury 3). I hope that we can store the 3* and upgrade it to 4* if needed, but that's probably too much to ask for. Still, the feature will be handy for 4* units with prime fodder (e.g. Tailtiu) that are in excess of 11 units for possible merges in the future.
