Cherche with the right IVs is worth building (or use her to merge with another), Setsuna is bowbreaker/guard bow fodder, Felicia has glacies, and Oboro and Raigh run rally skills, with raigh running the red wolf tome and oboro running a stack of debuffs in her base kit. Overall it’s not terrible, because the first 3 units mentioned are useable for the stated purposes. It could be much worse, you could have gotten 5 Arthur at 3*, or worse yet, all 5 -ATK+HP est at 3*. There is no saving her for fodder or building her worst possible IV spread. You just gotta put her down at that point (or merge with a better IV).

When you can get lance breaker 3 from others at 4* like Oscar and Narcian (if you don’t want Narcian), Arthur isn’t too useful for lancebreaker. And swap is pretty common, plus reposition is way better (and on armor teams I run pivot to help leapfrog the team across the field in short time).

Bartre has some utility as a super merge with a slaying axe or Brave axe with an attack boon (his attack makes Dorcas look like a lightweight when fully merged).

Personally, I just send Raigh home now. I have too many, and not enough of my teams are built around rally buffs :P

Setsuna is the sole learner of Bowbreaker outside seasonals, and Brave Lyn is a prominent threat, so that's actually a good thing. Oboro has stats similar to Lukas, but with higher speed and res(enough that she could be a mix tank) If you have a good Sophia, Raigh would love to give her Keen Wolf. Cherche, as previously mentioned by others here, has a LOT of potential to be a Brave Nuke. Felicia...........Sorry. I got nothing there personally.
