Ever Wondered Why Nowi Was Still Considered S+ Tier?

I did too. Until I finished my hideous build for her. Not too long ago in Arena, I took an attack from Ayra, Brave Lyn AND Reinhardt (who was +atk -HP btw) and killed them all LMAO. And Lightning Breath+ is getting buffed?..... now THAT'S scary imo.

Although if Lyn and Rein were running Horse Buffs she would have died but come on, surviving attacks from the three most oppressive units in the game is damn impressive imo.

Build for those interested:

A. Close Def 3
B. Quick Riposte 2
C. Threaten Res 3 (might change this I dunno)
S.Seal - Distant Def 2

She had a Fortify buff from Tiki giving her +6 Def and Res and Summoners Support.

I was actually a nay-sayer tbh. I never really took Nowi seriously because she never gave me any trouble and she's no longer very common. I can think of only one time Nowi has ever given me trouble in Arena and I'm a day 1 player.

Yet, this has definitely opened my eyes.

She's S+ tier, but only with her premium Steady Breath build. Most people can't afford to fodder off a Bike so they put her down as a result.

I don't have Steady Breath on her and yet I managed to stave off three of the best units in the game. I don't think she really needs it tbh. It's ideal but not necessary

What are her IVs and Merge Level?

+RES -HP. No merges. Neither of the three units were merged either.
