even speed wave or wrath for Legendary Marth?

I'd probably go with Wrath. Wave skills, in my opinion, aren't that great.

It depends what kind of buffs you want to run with him. If you want to do a full wave team I'd choose that Even Speed Wave is the way to go. But if you want to run tactics I'd choose wrath.
