So months ago when I started playing I somewhat dumbly foddered off an Ephraim before even leveling up for catalogue purpose. But now I just happened to pull another copy of him again alongside my second copy of S!Tana no less. And he's +atk/-res so definitely not foddering this one! But from people who've use him, how good is his refine or flame seigmund on him? I do have like 210 dew currently. And sorry if this seems obvious to some people, but since I didn't have him when his refine happened I didn't really bother to look into it.
His normal refine is basically reverse QR, It's not a Brave effect.( or like brash assault)
IMO he's better with his Normal refine instead of the Flame sigmund refine cause since he's an Infantry unit he can't get away from his ally unit like Horse Ephraim can( though this can be worked around with good positioning) and with his normal refine you just need to keep his hp above or equal to 90%.
Though the Flame sigmund is better in TT.
His normal refine is insane and should always he prioritzed over Flame Siegmund. Sure the latter works in the enemy phase too, but unlike his legendary reskin he can't as easily outrun his allies to utilize it. And the downside of the normal effect refine is easily circumvented with Renewal or a passive healer if you are so inclined
