I feel like - ATK is worse than having +SPD but wanted a second opinion

Unless he has +spd, his speed will be too low to avoid doubles anyway.
Atk meanwhile is something he really wants. He gets his normal garanteed double, so he wants to kill everything with his 2 hit combo
