I run Fury for the added boost to all stats. The defense boost, in particular, is helpful for Eliwood.

On my +Speed -Hp Eliwood I use darting blow for the +4/+6 to offensive stats when initiating. Add in cavalry buffs and he's seriously a monster. However, for a +Attack, I feel that Deathblow would be the best because that brings his attack to a whopping 60 when initiating without any buffs at all.
