I guess Pain+ Savage Blow x2 combo.

Healers don't really have much in terms of flexibility in their builds since the only staffs that are really used is Gravity, Pain, and maybe Panic.

Too bad Healers can't use Smoke skills, could make them mass debuffers.

All doors are open.
- active debuffer: dazzling fear+ or slow+, atk/spd smoke (whichever you didn't use on the staff), def or res smoke or buff for the team, probably keep live to serve.
- passive debuffer: ploys in C and S, everything else whatever you want. You can use atk ploy to help her survive a counterattack and then use wrathful staff to attack people
- colourless mage: wrathful staff refine, atk/spd push or brazen atk/spd or atk/spd bond, cavalry buff, maybe res ploy seal because she might not win against mages regardless and everybody else will get hit by the ploy. For this build she wants to receive hone cavalry.
- other and hybrid builds are equally valid and can be even more effective, depending on the team's needs

I don't recommend the savage vantage build for her although she is one of its better candidates. I think it makes her good spd irrelevant, which is especially wasteful with this spd boon.

Keep her gravity+ and give her double savage blow 3 to cheap enemies to death, you only need a dance, reposition or drawback to keep her out of danger.

Since Wrathful Staff is a B skill, that means you have the B slot open. Wings of Mercy is great for healers that aren’t using WS, since they can Skrt Skrt over to someone that needs healing. It’s especially powerful when combined with Rehabilitate+
