I kinda want to make a nice offensive team around Elincia and Reinhardt. What kind of teammates should I use for defense. Also, which of these dancers should I use (since I only have these dancers)? Ninian, Olivia, or New Years Azura?
Out of the dancers, Azura is probably the best. She's a flier, so she has more mobility, not to mention she can give your Elincia the Hone Fliers buff. As far as what teammates, it's kind of hard to pick. It's better if you give a list of what you have so that way the community can make a better decision.

From what I can see, I’d recommend running alongside Reinhardt and Elincia your NY Azura and Cecilia. You can have Cecilia run her TA Raven build with bowbreaker to destroy anything blue and colorless, along with hone cavalry (same with Reinhardt on hone) to have them buff each other, and Elincia and Azura can work well with flier buffs, with Azura as a utility unit and Elincia getting buffed by hone fliers to handle any greens coming her way, and Reinhardt can take down anything red. Solid team.
