Eirika Wrath vs Even Spd Wave vs Res Tactic! (HELP PLS)

Hello. Eirika is my actual mergue project. She is actually a 5* level 40 +7 sword user.
She is a beast. I built her with her Sieglinde (+eff), Fury 3, Seal Def/Ata 3 and Res Tactic and Def Tactic (this last one as seal).
As support skill she has Endure Sped (+4spd)

So she can buff all stats +4 attack, and speed, and +6 every defense and get that same buffs to herself.

The problem is today I got a Karla (Im not interested in use her) and her skills can be really usefull for my Eirika.

Is Even Speed Wave 3 worth with Eirika build? Maybe she would prefer a SPD Tactic but Even Speed Wave can buff her own speed and allied speed at same time while SPD Tactic only will buff allies speed.

DOES EIRIKA GET +12 SPEED ON EVEN TURNS WITH THIS SKILL? OR ONLY +6?

With Even Spd Wave she could gets +12 spd, and +6 Defense (seal) and +4 attack (sieglinde) and +4 resistence (support skill).

The other options, instead, is Wrath. I have no good skills for her B slot. I think Warth can be very usefull on Eirika since I wanna keep her Fury.

OPTIONS:

a) Keep her actual build with Def Tactic and Res tactic. PROBLEM: SOmetimes its hard to buff her Spd...

b) Give her EVEN SPEED WAVE 3: then she will be very fast and can chance her +6 res buff (Res tactic) for +12 spd (Even Speed Wave)

c) Giver her WRATH: with Fury 3 its pretty ok, and she would keep her Res Tactic. Same problem than a) option: speed problems.

What is your opinion? Help me pls!

Well, assuming you plan on using this in high tier arena it ultimately depends on team comp and spec, if you're running her with glimmer QP sweeper, then wrath is a must, but as a unit who is a glorified buff bot, you might want to try something like
Sieglind (eff)
Reposition
Moonbow/Luna/Glimmer/etc
DC
QR
Dual tactics
The reason you do this is simple, she isn't your offense she is your defense... so allow her to buff all your units. Allow her to position in s way that allows her to kill mage does beyond that, even speed wave ifs exclusive to karla and will be for awhile... so that answers that

Also, her weapon refine is an invisible buff that stacks with spurs and drives, so on even turns if she buffs a team mate and oa next to that same teammate during combat yes they stack

Then should I give Spd Wave or Wrath? What is a best option for you?

Neither, other units use it better, but speed wave if you need to fodder her

I alway use my Eirika and MGrima on Arena.
Cuz they are my two best units and have highest burst.
The other units depends on Arena Weekly heroes...
I have lot of good heroes with hight bst and good skills, so usually I dont have problems.

Usually I use Seth (my second mergue project, he is +4), Joshua (DC, Galeforce), LIke, LEphraim, Linus, Lute (my summoner support), LAHector, WinterRobin, etc.
