Eirika (SM) IV's

So today I pulled my second pitybreaker Eirika and wanted to know which IV's would be better: +Hp and -Spd or +Def and -Atk.
Both of the Eirikas have really bad banes, but I want to know which one is better (aka less worse), so I can give the other ones swift sparrow to someone who can use it better ^^

(Also is there any use for a -Spd Jaffar?)

This question is actually not too different from "I have both +spd and +atk, which to choose?" Since we're dealing with lower numbers I definitely prefer to keep spd. If atk really becomes an issue, give her a blade tome and hone cavalry.

-spd Jaffar can still chip half the HP out of everything with two savage blows. It's maybe the most dangerous IV to do it with, so if you're worried you can try stuff like windsweep + phantom spd. Darting blow + windsweep will be enough against slow tanks if you want to keep both savage blows

Those Ivs hurt me. Neither of these are usable imo. Fodder both for swift sparrow

I suppose -Atk is slightly better, since she needs all the speed she can get to double. But be prepared to do literally 0 damage
