Eir IVs
So I ended up with 2 extra Eirs from hero fest, one +res/-def and another +hp/- atk. The latter is probably going to be fodder for her B skill, just wondering about the first one and if I should use her instead of the neutral one we got. Seems like pretty solid IVs to me.

If the opponent can counter (has range=2 or a Distant Counter effect), her weapon prevents the foe from making a follow-up attack in lieu of having an ability guaranteeing a follow-up attack (Quick Riposte et al). If the opponent meets both conditions, the matter is settled by a regular speed check.
Basically, there's a difference between the Breaker effects and the Sweep effects.

If you ever use guides, def keep the neutral one as-is. I have a neutral Legendary Ike and a +Atk one, and even though the +Atk one is better, I still use the neutral one far more because he's the one used in guides, and using ones with different IVs often screws things up when following a guide. So I always try now to make sure I have a neutral, unmerged one of any free units like that.
