Pure combat wise, regardless of merges, availability, IVs, which one is the stronger one (or more useful generally)? It is subjective I know and they might have different uses, but I just wanna hear about what you guys think about this before I heavily invested in them.
I know gamepress rate Hardin higher and I believe that's because he can be mixed phase hero. But 90% of my experience with Hardin is enemy phased as I don't put Armor March on my team.
Any comment/opinion is very much welcomed.
If your plan is for an enemy phase unit and mergability is not a consideration, Hardin has to be the answer thanks to his weapon having native DC (allowing him to run a breath skill) and his better mixed defenses.
Effie is the better player phase unit given her higher attack.
