+HP, -SPD, or +ATK, -HP?

Also, should I fodder my +SPD, -HP Hardin (my only Hardin) for bold fighter to her for an armored booted, player phase, brave quad Build? (I have a green version of that in the form of Christmas Chrom, and I've been enjoying that since the holidays)
