Effie with Berkut's Lance+: Refine with Attack or Resistance?

I want to use a refined Berkut's Lance+ for my Distant Counter Effie build. Should I refine it for attack or resistance?

Res, she is the unit with the highest attack why want more. And +attack gives you +2 only and Res gives you +4 res.
