earth blessing team help

so i decided to make adult tiki my first 5*+10 and she would replace Ike in my arena team

//i dont have legendary robin yet but i'm going to be aiming for her when the legendary banner comes up and sadly no warding breath fodder either unfortunately

Legendary Robin - main skills: Guidance seal, Res Smoke
Myrrh - DC, Def Ploy
Ninian - Dark Breath, Atk Tactic, Fortify Dragons
Tiki (A) - Warding Breath, Drive Spd, Drive Def seal

any suggestions for changes? i might have to switch around my units bc theres too many speed buffs and Myrrh and Tiki both dont need those skills // also whats a good budget option until warding breath comes along bc currently my tiki is running res+3 in the A slot

Your team looks fine but I do have some comments to make:

I don't think Def Ploy is going to work on Myrrh because Dragons inherently do Magic damage and Myrrh's Res isn't too impressive unless you have a +Res. (Note that all Res buffs applies after all Ploys, meaning that the 31 Res will be taken into account for Res Ploy instead of the buffed 37 Res.) I think Hone Dragons works better here for the +6 Atk boost. If you do that, Ninian could have Fortify Dragons to not be super redundant with Hone Dragons, but she could also keep Atk Tactic to buff Myrrh.

yeah agreed. my myrrh is +res and summoner supported and she reaches 37 res //sadly gonna drop by two points when i switch the support// and she used to be in a mixed team (my arena team which was ike, ninian, and myrrh) and it was to help with her Great Flame

i actually forgot she had hone dragons lmao

I see. That's actually a really neat idea to have her trigger the Def Ploy to avoid doubles, especially when you consider that L!Ike has Def Tactic to buff her Def even further.

Though, does anyone else on the team have Atk Tactic / Fortify Dragons? Myrrh would really love to get boosted by both skills to boost damage output and defenses, but it seems that only Ninian has both skills based on what you have written.

i was looking for a C Slot for Grima so Attack Tactic would probably be better for her so Myrrh can also get an atk buff if she runs hone dragons and that way i can dedicate ninian's c slot to the fortify but i also just realized i could give ninian res tactic and the def tactic sacred seal and that would be better than the fortify probably

//was holding onto my extra lilina so ninian doesnt have atk tactic yet

That actually works out really well.

With Def/Res Tactic on Ninian, she wouldn't have to worry about the limitations of Fortify Dragons. If you give F!Grima Atk Tactic, she can buff everyone for Atk, while Hone Dragons on Myrrh can provide both +6 Atk/Spd to F!Grima to improve her offensive output.

I think that you got yourself a solid team with this setup.

If you're willing to spend some orbs on the current cooldown bonus banner, steady breath and a +res refinement is more or less equivalent to warding breath and a +def refinement, and B!Ike is considerably cheaper to pull on average than VL!Ike.

Personally I use both steady breath and def refinement on my Tiki because her base res is already high enough to handle Julia, Dierdre, or Nino and there aren't really any red mages that pose much of threat.

As an aside, I do love me some dragons but I'm reluctant to run any team without a player phase nuke of some sort. I suppose L!Robin with dragon buffs sort of fits the bill but 46 base attack (with weapon) and melee range may still be lacking. If you have a Linde or Delthea handy, Dark Aura synergizes well with dragons and either of the two can handle those pesky Falchion users.
