Dull effects vs. Blade Tomes

Would Dull Ranged on an opponent also neutralize the bonus damage from my unit's Blade Tome? I'd assume yes because it (apparently) cancels out the effects of Níu and The Cleaner when equipped on the same unit but I want to be sure
