Drive Attack or Hone Attack on mage?

Would drive attack be better than hone for my Nino or some other mage? I have a Delthea I’m not gonna use so I’m thinking of passing off drive attack or death blow.

U should be passing off both to someone. +atk sanaki or liliana would be the most optimal if u really want it on a mage. Or rein, cecilia and such or any blade tome user that isnt expected to double

Why wouldnt you use Delthea, use Delthea. Such a waste to use as fodder,
