Dragon/Tank team viable in pve? Team Composition

Also, Genny is still one of the best healers. Her Atk is great for a healer so she can act as a sweeper when you need. Plus, her Res stat is great so you can run Ploys easily, which helps your team out. She comes with one of the best base kits for a healer, with the Gravity+ staff and Wrathful Staff, so she's also pretty cheap to build. It's up to you, I wouldn't say she's the best, but I think she's one of the better healers to pull for. H!Mia can run Guidance, Maribelle can run a better purely offensive build, and Veronica and Loki have Prfs, but none of them can really run Ploys well, so that's a point in her favor.

Of all your units, I recommend B!Hector and L!Ike as the main combat units. They are really powerful with built-in Distant Counter weapons and well-rounded stats, for the most part. (Ike, in particular, has a nice all-in-one healing and damaging Special that can be procced every round of combat the enemy initiates with Quick Riposte in either the B-Slot or seal slot. You don't even need the Lv. 3 version of the skill.)
Even if you don't have a "good" Healer, include it on you team anyway. You don't need top-Tier Healers like Veronica to heal your team--you just need someone that can Heal.
For your last spot, this can be a bit more flexible. A Dance like Olivia is nice since she can give more actions to another teammate. You could also run Bride Sanaki since she has a lot of Atk and does magic damage without being limited to most terrain.
