Dragon emblem,should i build a nowi?

I was never all that hyped about it but i managed to get 3 5* dragons with not much effort(i wanted myrrh but the other 2 were pitybreakers from seperate banners).

Im looking at her stats whats the best ivs i have 8 to choose from.

Myrrh +1 +atk -res
Fae +spd - hp
Y tiki +hp -spd

Definitely build a Nowi. She's a great mixed tank, and can function well even without fellow dragons.

Nowi is pretty much a staple in every Dragon Emblem team.

Dragon Emblem = Nowi
the other slots are more flexible
but nowi is kinda a given

Build a 4*+7 Nowi, at leats +Spd/Atk -Hp
