Dragon Emblem Help

I have some lovely dragons, I just hate that I have to make a team of only 4. I have
+def - spd Myrrh
+atk - spd H! Myrrh
+def - hp Nowi +10
+def - hp Fallen Robin (M)
+spd -hp Legendary Robin (F)
+def -res Young Tiki
+def - spd Adult Tiki
Neutral Ninian
I also have fortify dragons fodder to give to whoever wants it. I like so many of them, but I can't decide who to cut.

Are you concerned about Tiki breaths coming at you, or do you consider them rare enough that you're willing to improvise if you encounter one?

Myrhh, Nowi, Adult Tiki, L!Robin

imo, I tend to not want any armored outside of emblem teams

I'd go with Halloween Myrrh / Fallen Robin / Nowi / Legendary Robin (for the season bonus). I would also go with giving Legendary Robin Fortify Dragons. Since she can't do as much compared to the other units, it is best to make her a support or something. You could also put it on Nowi since her C Slot is fairly flexible, although Panic Ploy 3 would probably work better since even though she is -HP, she is also a +10 and has access to refines.

Would it be worth it to run tactics on a team like that? I have fodder for all tactics, including speed. Maybe that would be better than fortify? Also my legendary Robin is +2, so I definitely want to include her.

Tactic dragon team isn't a bad idea. Dragons typically have high health which protects them from Panic Ploy and running at least Def Tactic will ensure the PRF effect of your Halloween Myrrh. I wouldn't recommend Speed Tactic since most dragons typically don't care about speed, especially both forms of Myrrh. Robin will have to probably be a ferry for H!Myrrh. If you want to play it safe (not sure of the HP values for all of your dragons), you can run Def Tactic and drive skills instead.

Just make sure to consider anti-dragon threats. It is more than easy enough for you to run into multiple dragon killers on the same team within multiple events, such as GC/RD/Arena (various Tiki, falchion/naga users etc.) It's easy to get screwed by a falchion + naga user running draw back.
