You're comparing only this moment. Dragalia is horrendous when it comes to pulling, since the rates are 2 percent and there's even random items that can take the place of your hard earned 5 star unit. So, yeah, if you're gonna compare games, do it right.

Hell, on release Dragalia was selling 25-30 dollar packs for a assured 5 star, and it wasn't even one you could pick, it was random. Sooo, I would hesitate to say that Dragalia has it right. XD
