I just knew there was no way they’d repeat Ishtar on a banner without sharing a color with Reinhardt or Olwen...this blows.

So, it seems people just don't get it. GamePress even ran 10 000 trials on their simulator and people still don't seem to get it. The extra focus unit on the colour has very little effect on how many orbs you need to spend to get Ishtar.

I’m aware of the article and the simulations. I’m just not going to pull on a banner where a 5* exclusive shares a color with a 3-4*. If they were both 5* exclusive, I wouldn’t mind it.

Literally read the page about summoning on shared color banner on this website and you will realize how dumb this is. Sharing a color is optimal as it doesn't decrease your odds of getting one character, and in the same amount of orbs you will get twice the 5-stars. You seem to fail to understand. It is literally free units. Would you pull if it was just Ishtar? If the answer is yes, then at the very least you are getting 1500 feathers for free every time you pull a Rein. (At a cost of around 4-7% more orbs) Are you waiting for a 3 unit banner with a single color with two insane units? Then pull red on generals of muspell. If you want just Ishtar, this banner is literally Ideal. Not only is it more efficient for sniping than a Legendary Banner, you will get free feathers/merges from Rein. Also, rein is a top tier unit, arguably better than or equal to Ishtar with proper investment.
