Double Threaten or Double Smoke?

What would be better on a defensive tank character? In this case Legendary Ike and the double threaten would be Threaten Atk 3 and Spd 3 to mirror the double Smoke skills that are available.

For competitive use, definitely go smoke.

For regular use, definitely go smoke if you can afford to drop 20,000 feathers or dislike Sigurd and already have atk smoke seal built.
