The notification/bulletin board says from Friday @2am until Sunday @1:59am. It also says 'every weekend' so I'm assuming it will happen again next weekend.
edit: it doesn't say when this weekend SP event will end. My guess is it will be until Oct.1 because this notice was posted at the same time as the Summer Banner notice.
