Dorcas IVs

Didn't get B!Ike but I got two good IV Dorcas's, +atk/-spd and +def/-spd. Which one should I use, and should I fodder the other one?
Probably going to use vanilla Dorcas cause I didn't get the steady breath I wanted, so would +atk work better with fierce stance?
