dorcas

hey! so i used my free summon on the tempest trials banner (my luck is mad crazy sometimes) and i got a +res -spd dorcas. is that optimal ivs for him? if not then what should i fodder from him?

I always wanted Dorcas with that iv.
To take advantage of his Res super boon,You can give him DD/Warding Breath. If you don't like mixed tanks then you can Fodder him for Infantry Pulse.

Just as was said in the comment above, it's pretty good. Essentially any -spd IV can be considered optimal on Dorcas and +res is near the top and arguably an absolute top if you want to actually utilize his DC axe reliably. I have this IV on him and he has always been my go-to green infantry mixed tank thanks to it.

The best build for this IV would be the one mentioned on the second place on his hero page, but if you don't have warding breath, you can either easily keep fierce stance, or if you want to invest in him a little bit, you could try and promote Silvia for her atk/res stance skill.
