If the fodder helps your arena team, that should be your top priority. If you do not care about arena, pull for units to use rather than fodder.

I say to pull for the unit you want the most. Fun comes before anything else when it come to games.

Well.. in most situations. If you need fodder, then you should probably go for Takumi. :P

Is Fishe Bow is that good fodder weapon? Unless you want some desperation/Vantage shenanigans. I think that Cocobow is better.
Dont snipe on colorless in this banner. You have 2 colorless units, and chance of getting Takumi is 1,5%. Colorless hell is not that bad as in the past, but still exist. Wait few months for legendary banner with him, and get better odds.
