Don't get baited by the Death blow banner!

Just a friendly advice to all the F2Ps here. I know that Elincia and Delthea seem really cool to get, but keep in mind that we'll be probably getting a new hero announcement on friday, so saving your orbs at least until then and deciding after that will be a good idea, because it's a traditional FEH tactic when they bait us with promising banners, just to blast us away with OP units a few days later.

I'm just surprised because the banner includes 2 of my most plausible candidates for Hero Fest 3, so either it won't be this month (I think it would be more appropriate to do it in December anyway and it would probably have been at least announced already) or they won't be part of it (or maybe their presence is indifferent).

Is what you said, but I just used up my free summon, saw 2 colorless and 3 red, got suspicisious, and one of them was Indeed Elincia.
I already have her but now I can have her +1 without a -spd nature! Im pretty happy after getting trolled trying for Halloween banner THREE TIMES.

Halloween has really been a scary event in FEH. All the people I know in my group of friends (me included) got completely screwed on this banner as well.

I got +atk -hp Ayra with 4 orbs, so I just packed the goods and ran away from that banner forever. I still didn't have that many orbs anyway, because I blasted almost all my farmed orbs for Sigurd and Deirdre...but yeah, the whole Ayra money-grabbing tactic will never be forgotten.

same here Guts. ^^ got neutral Ayra from 9 orbs in that banner and entered Halloween with 60+ orbs and every orb I got since then. mostly 3* without SI importance wtf

I wanted to try my luck with my free summon with elincia.Guess what? no red orbs!Pulled blue orb instead,got a -spd/+def Est.Yep,screw this banner.
Im waiting for a banner featuring Micaiah or even better Myrrh.

Same !
I had two greens and three grey orbs, so I just took a green (3stars Arthur ftw) and left the summoning session.

I usually take the full summoning circle before deciding to go any further.
Now with no blue or red in the full circle, I decided it would be without me.

SO LONG IS.
Now I'm sitting on 170 orbs, ready for whatever IS throws at me :)

It's the usual practice that the devs started doing. The arena features new units as bonus heroes for two seasons (and now it's the 2nd season for halloween heroes), so IS usually makes an annoucement on friday (either a video or just a picture) and then releases them on monday so that they are ready for the start of new arena season on Tuesday as bonus units.

No need to, I got Elincia on my free summon :). After so many orbs spent on her banner release for stupid pity breakers, i gotta say that was the biggest suprise i had since I started playing feh.
