Does Wrath/Wo Dao synergize with healling specials?

Do healing specials like Noontime and Sol gain the plus 10 damage along with extra health recovery? I'm too lazy to test for myself.

It's +10 damage to offensive specials so this should synergize with them as you're directly attacking your opponent.

They work with Wo Dao so I assumed that they would also work with Wrath.
