Does Pain+ stack with Savage Blow?

I know that the seal and the skill for Savage Blow stack, but does the effect of Pain+ get added, too?

yup

I can confirm, it does and it's really fun to play.

It stacks and fusions into Bloody Blow

Pain+ with the Savage Blow 3 C-slot skill and sacred seal do a combined damage of 24 to everyone in 2 spaces, which is usually just everyone.
