Does getting danced removes heavy traps eff?

I believe that the unit can still only move one space once their refreshed, but it means at the beginning of their next turn their movement is back to normal.

It lets them move that one space, so yes, in a way. You really gotta plan it out though, if you do it wrong you're condeming your dancer to death as well.
