Does Galeforce get a cooldown reduction of 2 after being used like the other Specials

I have Ares and I am thinking about running Galeforce Heavy Blade with his sword, but I dont know if it will have that -2 CD because it is after combat not before combat

I don't think so. Galeforce activates after combat, whereas the cooldown reduction is for skills that activate before/during combat, if I recall.

I think that's exactly THE skill that is not meant to be enhanced by the effect. That's why they wrote it that way. Might as well said "Not for use with Galeforce"

I actually just noticed that. Galeforce is the ONLY skill that doesn't benefit from that effect, unless I'm missing another skill that activates after combat. xD
