Do you think Chill Speed will be inheritable?

Celica in the new banner is coming with Chill Speed, which lowers the speed of the fastest unit on the enemy team by 7 at the start of every turn, with no HP gate like Chilling Seal. I'm beginning to wonder if this would be inheritable, and if it is, how popular would it be?

It would be competing with other strong B skills, so I don't know if it'd become incredibly popular. But if it did, Harsh Command would likely see more use.

Also, do you guys think that more Chill skills will appear in the future? Such as Chill Atk or Chill Def? A team of full Chills would be really scary if so.

Probably, I think any slot skill that has a number at the end is inheritable. It's really good, but I don't think it's gonna be seen all that much because it's in the b slot, alongside stuff like vantage, desperation, quick riposte, renewal, breaker skills, etc. Hell I'm most likely gonna replace it with Renewal on her.

I don't think it will be really popular but I can imagine it working really well on some units, firesweep users like soleil could use it really well, and i think it would be better on arena defense teams since ai rarely make good use of desperation etc
I don't think people will start using harsh command, well I know I wont i'd die without movement skills xD

If i gets popular, I can make my Ike have 45 spd by using Micaiah's sacrifice, so it'd be awesome

For me, this skill is perfect for my normal Celica, as this will be the last thing she needs to finally push her over the top. With this, I doubt there will be any units in the game she is incapable of doubling.

Yes, and it's really strong. Increases the value of QR/VF tanky units which were already very meta. Fast support units like NY Azura/Olivia/Eirika go up in value as they can absorb the debuff and leave their slower glass cannon to function normally.
