Do these units have good IVs?

Lissa...passable but not the best
Amelia: Not the most optimal, but it's better than -Atk
ROy and Lucina: Both are workable.
Luke...Maybe if you switch out his Brave Sword, but really, he's better as Fodder for Panic Ploy.

Lissa I'm pretty sure is workable with any IV thanks to her and slot b.

Amelia gains 4 points with a Resistance boon, so if you have a spare Hector, inherit DC and choose Resistance refinery to have 31 res.

The Brave duo here are easily workable, as the CYL banner gave you a choice to pick which brave hero you wanted, and they were always neutral.

Luke is really used for Panic Ploy and Fire Boost, but is a solid unit if you need a brave cavalier.
