Do Raven tomes stack with Triangle Adept?

If I have a hero with a Raven Tome & Triangle Adept, it will do +40% to my Atk stat vs colorless foes and -20% to their Atk .. right??

Cool thanks. I had always thought Triangle Adept only had effect on unit that it was equipped to.
