Do the items in the present list ever expire?

I'm trying to find a better method of saving orbs and I think having the least amount of orbs on the orb counter will influence me not to summon. So I'm planning on just hoarding them in the present box. Does anyone know if the stuff in there ever expires and if it does, when?

It only records gifts up to the past two weeks, so I would suppose that it expires then.

Ok, thanks. Maybe my idea isn't the best cause at some point, i'll just end up forgetting to collect them.

They do.
However, I do employ the same method, in a different location.
By not doing the Hard story maps & paralogues, as well as the blessed gardens maps that give orbs, I have a stockpile of "pitybreaker orbs" to break my pity rate when I need to.
Right now I have about 40 orbs stored there. It's not a lot, but it could make the difference.

The more orbs I have the less I am willing to spend. Unless a favorite of mine is on a banner. Currently I am about 100 orbs strong. Also, I put off playing my chain challenges and Squad Assaults till absolutely necessary. Have around 240 orbs rainy day orbs on both my accounts.

But yeah just keep the log in bonuses in your present list till your ready to use them I guess.

The easiest thing to do is to set a goal for units you want, and stick to said goal. Do not spend outside said goals. If you do that, you’ll build your orb bank in no time.
