Do I have a decent mage or should I summon?

So, I have a 4* Arvis, a 5* Canas from the Tempest trials+ reward and a Robin. I have about 80 orbs and the bridal bloom is still ongoing. Should I go for a Bridal Tharja, who I've heard is pretty good or will one of my red mages suffice for ghb's and other quests. Not for arena. Thank you in advance.

I really can't answer that since I don't really know much in terms of "pre-planning" for GHB. Those units tend to have super-inflated stats, not to mention the whole "trick the AI by having under-performing units" and all that jazz that some people like to do for it, so I really can't say.

The units you have are good if you build them up. Arvis is one of the few units that can actually Ploy all four stats on units if he runs the right C and Seal skills, and Canas, contrary to popular belief, can be made into a good unit thanks to being one of the only units to have Rauðrowl+ (only other one being a 5* exclusive Katarina) so, with positioning and other skills, he can be made into a good unit.

With that said, however, there's nothing wrong with having more units for even more variety in terms of making teams.

Probably the easiest (and most common) set for Arvis is to use Valflame (his default tome), Fury 3, Recover Ring, Spd Ploy 3, and Def Ploy 3 seal.

His Valflame already hits units with Atk and Res Ploy 2, and giving him Spd Ploy in the C slot and Def Ploy in the seal (there's no Spd Ploy seal), he's able to ploy all 4 stats on a unit if he has more resistance than them. Fury 3 is good because of Recover Ring, allowing him to recover the Fury damage he suffers from the next turn.

Any unit is good for GHB and other quests, though some units are better than others.

IMO you don't need to summon for Tharja, since the units you have are pretty good in their own way, though you can summon for her either way.(maybe for collectable reasons)

You don't NEED Tharja, as Arvis is quite a decent unit that performs well with little investment.

That said, if you have some orbs you can spare I would try for her because her offensive power is incredible. She took out 90% of the enemies I faced in the last TT (albeit with +4 stats because of bonus) but her regular naked stats are 35/35 and very easily boosted to deadly levels with just her base skills and nearby teammates. I enjoy using her in Arena Assault as well as PVE content (I don't have any merges so I can't use her for Arena score) to wipe out most anything not designed to be a bulky res tank. She can even kill those on occasion with Heavy Blade seal + desperation + moonbow
