Do hones and fortifies stack?

Yes Hones target Atk/Spd while Fortifies target Def/Res

I don’t think I worded the question right lol my apologies. I meant with themselves (I.e. 2 hones, 2 fortifies).

Oh you mean like if a unit receives 2 Hone Spds then no they don't stack, it'll be +4 not +8.

No, two hones will not stack to +12 in a specific stat. They will only be +6 to Attack and speed.

Still, it is good to have two hones on any movement type team (Horse, Armor, Dragon, Armor) to ensure that when in a square formation and the two hone users next to each other, they give the entire party Attack and Spd +6

Okay that’s good to know. I was trying to make a team around Nino. I currently have Hone Spd on Marth (will give hone def seal too), Hone Atk on Myrrh (will probably give res seal), and also have Hone Atk on Nino. The 4th slot will either be Nowi, Rein, or B!Lyn. Is what I’m planning to do sound about right? Or is there anything else I should try to do to maximize and ensure as many people benefit?
