Do field buffs affect healing?

For example, an Elise with 48 attack would have a healing power of 24 + the added effect of the healing skill she's using.

If she got a Hone Cavalry buff which adds 6 attack making Elise's attack 54, would she heal for 27 or still only 24?

Yes. That’s why I love a hone on my Elise, because at 60 attack she heals for 40 HP.

At 54, she heals for 37, not 34.

Wtf 60 atk that's higher than my +Atk Genny

Seals and buffs make anything happen.

Only thing that sucks is that she’s +atk-spd. Kills her ability to double middling speed units.
