Do -breaker skills affect Brave weapons?

I'm thinking of putting Blue Tomebreaker on my Sonya to counter Reinhardt's infamous Moonbow + Quickened Pulse combo, but I'm wondering if -breaker skills cancel the second hit of a brave weapon. Can anybody confirm it?

They don't. Reinhardt is always guarantueed two hits upon initiation, unless he dies from something like Vantage.

No, the second hit he does is still his first attack. So he would still moonbow (+quickened pulse) you if he gets to attack first.

Yeah I had to reread it and found out what he meant, breaker skills don't prevent the initiator with a brave weapon to attack twice but they will stop them from quadhitting them.

Hmmm, in Arena, never meet Reinhardt which was able to kill my +hp Sonya anyhow (maybe just my luck)... like she always kills him (with that res she is perfect bait for him, honestly), unless she has already taken dmg.
