Do bond skills work when healing?

Since you have to be close to an ally to heal them (unless you're using Physic but no one uses that), do Bond skills activate and give you Atk+5?

I don't get your question.
Bond Skills only give the unit who has the skill the benefits.
Bond Skills aren't buffing other units.
If your healer is standing next to your unit who uses a Bond Skill and heals him then yes, your unit gets the Bond Effect since someone is standing next to him/her, but only the unit that has the skill equiped gets the effects.

No. Invisible buffs (like from Bond skills) only trigger in combat.
