I'd shy away from Distant Counter personally, because Divine Tyrfing pairs best with the Deflect Magic Seal, and Distant Counter will greatly decrease Deflect Magic's effectiveness. I'd go for Steady Breath (giving Seliph a niche over Sigurd since Sigurd can't use it), Close Defense, or the classic Fury.
Bonfire or Draconic Aura will both work decently well on Seliph, although I'd give the edge to Bonfire, esp. if you run Close Defense. If you run Steady Breath, you can also experiment with longer cooldown specials.
They're rare skills, but if you've got them, consider putting Panic Ploy or Infantry Pulse in his C slot since his HP is very high.
I did a massive theorycraft about building Seliph a bit ago, which is here: https://fireemblem.gamepress.gg/q-a/really-long-post-about-seliph (Read the comments too, there's more ideas there.)
