Divine Dew

Where do you get it? The Help says you create it with refining stones in the Weapon Refinery, but I'm not seeing that anywhere. I feel stupid. Any help is appreciated!

For every Refining Stone you use you get Divine Dew in return. The more standard weapons you refine the more Dew you’ll get for refining Legendary weapons.

You can get dew from the atmosphere by condensing moisture. It appears in the form of small drops upon any cool surface. It's call "divine" when the church states that it comes from the Supreme Being, or a god in general.

For each Slaying Edge+, Pain+/Gravity+, Lightning Breath+ and so go on, you upgrade, you get 50 dew (or at least for pain and breath its 50). So you need to upgrade 4 of them to get 200 dew.
