Distant counter fodder

So i've pulled a Hrid from this legendary banner, but i'm more interested in his distant counter rather then him as a unit himself.

Now the question is: which unit would be the most efficient to give it to?
Got:
Ares+2 +atk -spd (running vantage and goad calavry atm)
Amelia +hp -res (with steady breath, bold fighter, armor march and panic ploy)
surtr +hp -spd (base kit)
myrrh +spd -hp (fury, quick riposte, hone dragons)

If it was me, I'd give it to Surtr or Myrrh. Probably Surtr, but idk.

What exactly is 3.0 going to be?

We don't know, but it's fair to asume something important will happen.
So it's best not to do anything big until we know what coming with 3.0 at the very least.
