Distant Counter Appreciation
I used to heavily sleep on it because it took up an A-slot. This means you can potentially be sacrificing a lot of stats that would help you get the job done. I mean, what's the point of simply being able to counter if you don't have the stats to do something with it?
I sacrificed my only Hector ever (LA, Seasonal, no less) on a whim for my Libra. I wasn't even sure it was going to work, but I just went with it. DC Libra singlehandedly trivialised Takumi Infernal, and I was very pleased by it. Got even better in the latest Tiki Abyssal, where it really shows it's worth.
Nowadays, I actually can't go off on PvE maps without leaving DC on him. It just adds so much flexibility, making maps a lot quicker as well. Even in Arena, it can take a lot of pressure if you're able to counter stuff like Reinhardt.

DC is really good in PvE because it's common to be outnumbered, which makes strong enemy phase valuable. It's actually not that good in high-scoring arena due to rarity of ranged units. It's actually much better at 718 and below (and maybe a bit higher? I don't know from experience)
