Warning! This is a long topic, take your time to read my thoughts before posting.
For a while, while I was looking at the upcoming misc banners on the event calendar, and I began thinking of potential heroes on a select few banners.
The banners are miracle and cooldown bonuses (even though there are probably discussions on these banners already posted). I'm just doing my predictions and my personal hopes for these banners.
Miracle banner is the easier to talk about first. There are 5 heroes with Miracle Special. They are Mist, Lucius, Maria, Sigurd, and Delthea.
In my honest opinion, I'm expecting at least one or two of the healers to be on the banner. As for which ones, that's up to Intelligent Systems. My personal hope is either Mist or Lucius. Mist has a good spur (Spur Def/Res 2 (probably the 2nd best spur right behind Sothe's Spur Attack/Speed 2)) and Slow+ which is pretty decent since it's a speed smoke staff. Mist herself is decent, but definitely not the best healer. Lucius is a good healer with Pain+ to go along with his decent Attack and his great Res. Even more so if you refine the staff with either refinement depending on the build and chipping skills like Savage Blow.
As for if miracle is good on them, yes it can be a good clutch, if you don't mind the long cooldown. It's just my opinion.
I know people really want Delthea and Sigurd on the banner (me too), but realistically, I'm expecting one of them to pop up.
As for who may pop up, I'm not too sure. This one is tougher to predict since both of them are great heroes.
Delthea has great offensive stats, comes with Dark Aura, Death Blow, and Drive Attack which are great to have especially if you don't have a Dark Aura Linde in your army.
Sigurd is one of the best tanks in the game due to his good stats, great skills (Crusader's Ward included), and the power of his Divine Tyrfing. He's also a pretty flexible hero as far as sword cavaliers are concerned with running various skills like Distant Counter.
Miracle on both of them is situational, but objectively, both Delthea and Sigurd want damaging specials that suits them like Draconic Aura and/or Bonfire for Sigurd or Iceberg for Delthea.
Cooldown bonuses is REALLY up in the air as far as who can show up in April.
It's hard to predict who could pop up. I personally think probably some of the rarer heroes with good special cooldown features. The 4 that come to mind are Ayra/Mia, Ike, Nephanee, and Brave Ike.
Ayra has not been on a banner since the first Legendary banner. As for why she may show up, it's her Ayra's Blade with Flashing Blade built into it which is very synergistic with her default skills and her insane Regnal Astra special.
Mia may show up again even though she was just on the last Legendary banner due to Flashing Blade Skill. Mia herself is on par with Ayra minus Regnal Astra and her weapon is different (Although her Resolute Blade being a Legendary Wo Dao+ is nothing to scoff at either).
Ike has Heavy Blade which is a Cooldown skill like Mia's Flashing Blade, but for Attack.
Nephanee has Slaying Lance+ AND Wrath which are both related to Special Cooldown Bonuses.
Brave Ike has Steady Breath which does affect Special Cooldown. Pretty self-explanatory.
These are my thoughts, what are yours? I'm interested in hearing your thoughts on this.
They need to have at least one of each color where applicable. Sigurd and Delthea are a given since they're the only ones with that skill for their respective colors. As for colorless, it is either one or two from the remaining three. It can go either way but 3-unit banners are generally favored by the masses. If there was a green unit with the native Miracle, it would have definitely be a 4-unit banner with one color each.
I agree with your though process on the colddown reduction banner, maybe Dorkass will be there as he has Infantry pulse and we rarely see that skill. It will be a 3 heroes banner most likely, as with all skill theme related banner thus far as far as I recall. Nephenee, Ayra and Dorkass would be my picks, but if IS want people to spend, BIke is a much stronger choice so I think Dorkass will not be there, especially since like Mia he was on the last legendary banner.
However, there's ont thing I completely dissagree with you and it's about the miracle banner. I 99% believe Mist, Delthea and Sigurd will all three be on this banner, else I don't get why IS would make it up. People are a lot more likely to pull if exclisive 5* are on the banner, especially if they are good, and pulling colorless in general is kinda iffy, so having the rarest one of them is the best choice.
Remember the death blow banner? All Klein, Elincia and Delthea where on it. While Klein learns death blow at 4*, he also has QR at 5, making him a great choice for the banner. Sigbert because Elincia was older than him and they wanted to avoid double red so we have more chances to pull(thus spend orb) and Effi was also disregarded. Lastly, I don't see how Hawkeye woulda makes sence except for color purposes.
Is knows what they are doing(kinda) and thus, I believe In Mist, Delthea and Sigurd.
