Different kind of Red mage

I got lucky and rolled on 1 try a 5 star tharja which i always wanted but She is -attack/+def which FULLY moveset i should give to her? Well good thing that She isn't -sped but with +def She can tank some physical hits right?is Fury +vantage good on her?, since - Attack despite being bad She Need buff so It dosen't matter right? Tell me your opinion thanks. And la by far She would be my best Red mage (Better than +hp/-sped sanaki) so i want to use her. ( I know i could eventually roll for her as 4 star but by far She is the First i get and perhaps bit would take long but i do find her which would be her perfect ivs +sped/-hp?)
